Testing ensures correct pulsation rate and vacuum stability which optimises efficient milk out, maintains udder health and reduces mastitis, and prevents costly damage and breakdowns.
It is recommended that pulsators should be serviced and tested every 1,200 hours or 12 months, whichever is the earlier 
If you observe poor teat condition, high liner slippage, excessive cluster kicks or slower milking times, it may be time for a pulsation service and test.
